Overview
NextStarterKit productizes recurring systems from my SaaS and client projects. It gives developers a reusable foundation for authentication, subscriptions, dashboards, content management and growth tools.

Stripe supports monthly and annual plans, webhooks, purchase tracking and a self-service billing portal.

The Challenge
Every new application repeats infrastructure work before its distinctive features can be built. Authentication, payment events, account management and administration need to work together and remain maintainable as the product grows.
The Solution
I assembled those systems into a Next.js and React starter backed by PostgreSQL and Drizzle. Shared account, billing, content and security workflows let developers begin with a connected application foundation.

Convertrilo
Convertrilo is a video conversion and transcoding SaaS I built and operate end to end. It pairs Next.js, Fastify, and PostgreSQL with distributed self-hosted Rust workers and BullMQ queues to encode AV1, H.265, and H.264 efficiently on on-premise infrastructure.
